Blown Away

In January 2009, I started a nature journal for school in a beautiful book with blank pages for writing and drawing.

On February 28, 2009, a big gust of wind blew all of the pages out of that journal. I ran around gathering what I could, but several pages were lost. So, I began typing my entries on the computer.

Finally, I am putting them up on this blog for my professor to review and grade and for anyone who stops by to enjoy.

Too often we are unaware of our surroundings and our impact thereon. My eyes, heart, and mind are now far more open to that.
